Data Security
All audio files are uploaded to our secure FTP set up, which is a password controlled file transfer system, ensuring the confidentiality of your audio files.
General
Sometimes circumstances beyond our control may delay services (fire, system failure, power strikes). In such circumstances, the client will be immediately notified and every endeavour will be made to expedite the work once the situation has been rectified.
We quality check all our work, but it is the client's responsibility to proofread all completed and returned work.
In the unlikely event an error is made, Dictatum Transcription Services will amend at no cost to the client.
